The Metro RP server though new has good ideas and a very nice design. I would like to take care of new players and welcome them to the server as a players first few minutes usually effects if they will dedicate time to it. What are you able to provide for the server: I can provide a level of maturity as well as fun for new members. I can also provide non-bias monitoring on new players so as to promote cooperation and respect amongst the player base.  Why do you wanna be part of Ethereum Staff Team: I was given the idea bu another admin and since I am enjoying the server I would like to see it grow. As of the moment it seems like new players need some form of guidance to get them interested.
